To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Federal law requires all financial institutions to obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens and account.
What This Means For You
When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your driver’s license or other identifying documents.
Who Can Join Metro 1 Credit Union?
Any person who currently Lives, Works, or Worships or Attends School in Contra Costa, Alameda and Solano Counties, California

To join Metro 1 Credit Union, you must pay a one-time $10 membership Fee and open a Regular Share Account with a minimum initial deposit of $5. You must maintain a balance of $5 to remain an eligible member. To apply for membership, complete the Membership & Regular Share Application. For a checking account or additional sub-accounts or to apply for a loan, please complete the appropriate application(s). You may mail your application and deposit check to Metro 1 Credit Union, Attn: Marketing Dept., PO Box3008, Concord, CA94522-3008, or bring it in to any one of our FinancialCenter locations.
